Self-serve CSV import. Each section of FreedomOS — bookings, travellers, suppliers, itineraries, payment history — has a download-template / fill / upload flow. We give you a 1-page guide per platform showing exactly which export to run. Drop the CSVs back in, preview, confirm, done. Most operators are off their old platform within 7 days. You own the migration; we built the tools.

You. Always. We're infrastructure, not a marketplace. Export anytime in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). You're never locked in.

Two tiers. Light white-label is automated and free — upload your logo + pick your brand colours in Settings, the platform re-skins itself everywhere instantly. Travellers see your brand, never ours. Full white-label (your custom domain, custom email sender, FreedomOS mentions removed) is a $149 one-time setup fee — that covers the manual configuration on our side (DNS, email DNS records, sender verification). Light is enough for most operators to start.

No — Telegram is your operator ops layer alone. You get daily booking digests, supplier-reminder alerts, payment notifications, "Sarah hasn't completed her visa checklist" nudges, and one-tap actions on your phone. Your travellers get their own beautiful trip portal — branded with your logo and colours — where they see their countdown, itinerary, prep checklist, group feed, and message you. Much better than a chat thread for them. They never need to install Telegram; you stay on top of everything from your phone.

FreedomOS Tourism makes the most sense once you're juggling enough bookings to lose track, but you can absolutely start small and grow into volume as you go. No minimum required — many operators on FreedomOS Tourism run 3–8 trips a month at high margin.

No. The $99/month is the whole price. No transaction fees, no commission cut, no marketplace tax. Whatever your travellers pay you, you keep.

Built in. Supplier directory with vetted ratings, last-used dates, contact + payment terms, and auto-generated supplier-confirmation emails per booking. The "did the lodge confirm?" question stops haunting you.

Yes — anytime, with 30 days written notice. Notice via PayPal or by emailing info@freedomhub.io. The 30 days run from when we receive notice; you keep full access during that window. The buffer lets us close out any in-flight bookings + traveller comms cleanly so your customers don't get caught mid-trip.

Your first 3 months are 50% off on Solo, Operator, and Tour Company tiers — Solo $49/mo, Operator $125/mo, Tour Company $249/mo. From month 4 onwards it's full price ($99/$249/$499). The setup fee is also waived during the launch window (normally one month of your tier). Enterprise tier is bespoke — talk to us. Code TOUR49 is applied automatically.

You move up. Solo (1 user, 25 bookings/mo) → Operator ($249, 5 users, 75 bookings/mo) → Tour Company ($499, 15 users, 250 bookings/mo) → Enterprise (custom). No silent overage charges — when you need to upgrade, we have a 5-min call to confirm. The setup fee for upgrades is just the difference between tiers (e.g. Solo→Operator = $150 once, not $249 again).

Your subscription is live from the moment you subscribe — and your platform goes live 5–7 days later, after the 45-minute onboarding call where we pair your routes, suppliers, brand, and Telegram ops layer to your operation by hand. The onboarding is the part that matters; we don't believe in self-serve setup for an operation as detailed as yours.

Yes. The launch pricing ($49/mo first 3 months) and the affiliate credit (25% of your own monthly bill per referred business) stack. Refer four operators and your effective bill goes to zero — and stays there as long as those referrals stay subscribed. The credit is yours, applied automatically every month, never as cash.
