Refer a coach into FreedomOS Coach, an accounting firm into FreedomOS Accounting, a tour operator into FreedomOS Tourism, a service provider into FreedomOS Service Providers — any of them. The 25% credit is the same regardless of which product they buy or which product you're on.

Terms & conditions

Plain English so we're both protected. Apply common sense before precision lawyering.

  1. Eligibility. You must be an active paying FreedomOS subscriber at the time the referred business signs up and at the time the credit applies. If you've cancelled in between, no credit.
  2. The referred business must be genuinely new to FreedomOS. Any prior subscription under any name, email, payment method, domain, or trading name disqualifies the referral. We dedupe.
  3. The referred business must pay AND keep their payment. The credit only applies after their setup fee plus first full monthly invoice has cleared. If the payment is later refunded, charged back, disputed, or reversed for any reason within 90 days — including PayPal disputes, bank reversals, voluntary refunds, contract rescission, or cancellation under any cooling-off right — the 25% credit is automatically reversed. If the credit was already applied to your invoice and that invoice has been paid, the reversal is added as a charge to your next invoice. No exceptions, no manual review.
  4. One credit per referred business, ever. Submitting the same firm under variations (different spellings, sister entities, "Pty Ltd" vs "(Pty) Ltd", etc.) is automatically deduped to a single credit.
  5. No self-referrals or related-party referrals. Self-referrals, household referrals, and referrals between businesses sharing ownership, billing details, payment method, banking, or controlling individuals are not eligible. FreedomHub reserves the right to determine whether a relationship is "related" — disputes are decided in good faith.
  6. Credits stack — but never below zero. Multiple referral credits within a billing month combine to reduce the same invoice, but the invoice can never go below zero. (Four referrals in a month = roughly one free month, not a payout.)
  7. No cash-out, ever. Credits are not cash. They cannot be redeemed, transferred, exchanged, refunded, or paid out under any circumstance. They only reduce future FreedomOS invoices for the same subscriber.
  8. Non-transferable. Credits earned by one subscriber cannot be transferred to another subscriber, another product, another tier, or any other person or entity.
  9. Validity. Each credit attaches to the next monthly invoice issued after the referred business's payment clears, with a maximum window of 60 days. If you have no upcoming invoice (e.g. you've cancelled), the credit is forfeited.
  10. Tax treatment. Credits are applied to your invoice before VAT calculation; you remain liable for VAT on the post-credit invoice amount as stated by SARS or your applicable tax jurisdiction.
  11. FreedomHub's right to revoke. FreedomHub reserves the right to revoke, withhold, or reverse credits at any time if abuse is suspected — including but not limited to fraudulent referrals, sock-puppet accounts, collusion, or referrals made in bad faith. Revoked credits return to FreedomHub.
  12. Programme changes. The 25% rate, qualifying products, and these terms may be updated by FreedomHub at any time. Existing referrals already credited are not affected by future changes; pending referrals follow the terms in force at the time the referred business pays.
  13. Disputes. Any dispute about the eligibility or amount of a credit is decided by FreedomHub in good faith, with reasoning given. Final.
