"Sarah — labs back. Three things to flag: thyroid is borderline elevated (TSH 4.2, just above range), vitamin D is low (52 vs target 75+) which we're already correcting with supplementation, and LDL cholesterol is mildly elevated (3.4 vs target <3.0). The hormone panel confirms the perimenopausal picture we expected. Iron and HbA1c are excellent.
